I am a Research Scientist at the Science Application International Corp. (SAIC) and work full time at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in the Hydrological Sciences Laboratory. Goddard Honor Award for scientific achievements in 2021. I obtained his Ph.D. degree in Hydrology from the Université de Toulouse III (2009) and Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2009). My B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees are in Civil Engineering, both from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2003 and 2005, respectively.
